We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item/ product).
There are no refunds.

Shipping

We can ship to any address within South Africa. 

The Courier Guy has been elected as our preferred courier company to transport our parcels nationwide. Durban deliveries are shipped out on a next day service, and national deliveries (JHB, CAPE TOWN, PTA, PE etc) are shipped out on a 2 to 3 (working day) service.  Regional outlying areas can take up to 5 working days. You can track your parcels via https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track.  You will receive an email or an sms confirmation from The Courier Guy directly confirming your order has been collected and shipped along with the tracking details. Please check your junk / spam folder if you have not received your tracking details from The Courier Guy.

When you place an online order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Should there be a price difference, we will contact you to inform you of amended courier rate.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items that we sell are estimate based on weight.

Please note that once your parcel has been collected by The Courier Guy, we are no longer responsible for this parcel.  Should the parcel for example be stolen (due to hi-jacking in transit) or damaged in transit, Boardroom to the Kitchen will not be held responsible for this loss or be held liable for any costs to replace order or reimbursement or order.  The onus is on you to inform Boardroom to the Kitchen that you would like to insure the parcel prior to shipping.  You will need to inform and claim from The Courier Guy directly.  The Courier Guy offers a basic R1,000 free insurance claim per waybill (in case of stolen / damaged parcel from a hi-jacking). Should you like to insure your parcel while in transit with The Courier Guy, please notify Boardroom to the Kitchen, prior to shipping. Boardroom to the Kitchen will forward you a quote for added Insurance on your parcel. Once this additional fee has been paid, Boardroom to the Kitchen will courier your parcel to you with added Insurance to safeguard your parcel incase of damage & or theft.
